Site work for a water / sewer project in Sandusky, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Mechanical components and lid of the Primary Digester #2 at Sandusky’s Water Pollution Control (WPC) are at the end of its useful life. Specific improvements can be made to save the concrete superstructure and put this digester back in service. The scope of services for the Primary Digester #2 Rehabilitation project will include the following components: • Removal and replacement of the methane gas piping system • Specification, design and Installation of a new “cap” or top on the digester itself • Specification, design and installation of a new mixing system. • Specification, design and installation of access improvements to the digester lid for ease of maintenance. • Specification, design and installation of associated electric and pumping/plumbing improvements.
