The City of San Jose ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the consulting services specified herein. See all solicitation documents, attachments, and forms for further details. The City of San Jose, through its Environmental Services Department is soliciting proposals to enter into an Agreement with one or more Consultants to serve as program partner for up to five years. The selected Consultant(s) will support the development and implementation of a building performance standard (BPS) policy, create workplans for City departments in alignment with the Climate Smart San Jose plan, assist with community engagement, conduct energy and water audits for buildings covered by the BPS, and offer technical advisory services. The City anticipates awarding a Master Services Agreement of up to $3,700,000, with the potential for additional funding in the future. The proposing Consultants shall have relevant expertise, experience, qualifications, and an approach that demonstrates their ability to provide the required services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
