Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Bridgman, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 755-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.
Project consists of, but is not limited to, the renovation of an existing public campground comfort station inclusive of a "gut-rehab" of the existing building interior including demolition of existing interior masonry walls, concrete slab and plumbing, construction of new restroom and shower improvements including new slab floor and new masonry partitions; replacement roof; infill masonry block and related structural improvements to existing masonry exterior walls; new concrete site walks and new van-accessible parking spaces with minor excavation/grading improvements; and as otherwise defined in the project Contract Documents. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Project cost range is anticipated to be $1 - $500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
