The proposed work for the project entitled "Project No. 31203, Partnership Parkway Aerial Sewer Crossing Replacement" will include the furnishing of all material, labor, and equipment to install aerial pipe crossing including piles, concrete work and 12-inch sanitary sewer main. The contract will require compliancewith the wage and labor requirements and the payment of minimum wages in accordance with the Schedule of Wage Rates established by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities therein, to determine which is the lowest and best bid and to approve the bond. Questions Due Date: Dec 5th 2024, 4:00 PM CST Work zone traffic management supplied by the contractor shall be in accordance with applicable portions of Division 100 and Division 600 of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, and applicable portions of City of Jefferson Technical Specifications. Traffic control on this project is expected to be minor, and the Contractor shall supply the Engineer and Owner with a project site access plan that indicates any required traffic control measures prior to beginning work. A detailed traffic control plan is not required; however, any traffic control devices used shall meet MUTCD requirements. Any work associated with traffic control is fully incidental to other bid items and will not be paid directly. This project consists of grading, longitudinal peak stone toe protection (LPSTP) structure of rip rap, installation of rock blanket, installation of an aerial sewer crossing with pipe support structures, seeding/mulching, and erosion control BMPs required for the replacement of a failed aerial sewer crossing just east of Militia Drive and South of Partnership Parkway.
