Renovation of a mixed-use development in Jefferson City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
*As of February 28, 2025, this bid package have been awarded. Project is scheduled to start in March 2025, and expected to be completed in August 2026. Bid Package No. 1 - The scope will include the renovation of the existing Thomas Jefferson Middle School. Bid Scopes: - 02A Selective Demolition - 03C Polished Concrete - 06E Millwork (Furnish & Install) - 09H Flooring & Tile - 09I Terrazzo - 09J Resinous Flooring Any offer exceeding $500,000 will be subject to a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the Owner, in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid shall accompany the Bid Packages as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the Contract, may be asked to furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond; execute the Contract; and proceed with the work. Upon failure to do so, he shall forfeit the deposit or amount of the Bid Bond as liquidated damages, and no mistakes or errors on the part of the Bidder shall excuse the Bidder or entitle him to a return of the deposit or Bid Bond. The prevailing wage law is in effect on this project.
