A. The scope of Work in each bid package includes the following Special Conditions in addition to all work shown or described in the individual bid packages and shown in the construction documents. The following items are to be included within the bid of each Contractor and will subsequently be considered part of each and every contract. B. All work to be governed and controlled by local, state and federal requirements for air pollution and disturbance of surrounding areas. C. All work on this site is to be performed safely in accordance with all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and the Construction Managerís (Holland Construction Services, Inc.) published safety program. See 1.6 of this specification section. It is the responsibility of this contractor to inform and educate all personnel working on site of the aforementioned requirement and ensure that these policies are enforced each day.
