Manway modifications to six manways. o Thermal and Moisture Protection: Apply Spray-in-Place insulation and purchase and install two new unit heaters and replacement of existing temperature controlled exhaust fan. o Openings: Repair person door and jam, provide surface preparation and coating, and replace lock set. Weather proofing doors, clean-up, and confirming door contacts are secure and aligned. o Finishes: Perform interior and exterior surface pit repairs.
