Reference Number 0000369379 The City of Monroe is soliciting proposals from vendors to perform initial investigation and present one or more repair alternatives that will return the pavilions to conditions suitable for public gatherings, Options for concrete flatwork) and / or other more robust surface treatments are encouraged and will be considered in addition to the above repair treatments. Due to the possible range of pavilion products, work methods, and price points that may be available to reach the City's desired objective, conventional sealed bids are being sought at this time. The City intends to award a contract in its sole best interest after review of all available options. Proposals will be accepted from single vendors or teams, and multiple proposals may be presented by each project team. This request has been placed on the and all clarifications or changes will be posted on that site as well. It is preferred that costs for work at each location be broken down separately, as the City may choose to only award work at some of the locations due to budget constraints. Any differences in mobilization or other costs for a partial award should be noted as well.
