The County of Monroe is requesting a proposal for the installation of a new standby emergency generator set with automatic transfer switch. The new unit will replace an existing Kohler natural gas powered unit that has been in service since 1985. The unit for installation at the Monroe County Courthouse/Annex, 125 East Second Street, Monroe, MI 48161. Interested contractors are to refer to the enclosed project requirements/specifications while preparing a proposal for submittal and consideration by the County. These are minimum requirements to be met and vendors are to ensure proposals include both the minimum equipment requirements as listed and the full cost including delivery, installation/rigging and disposal of the old unit. Each proposal shall be submitted on the Proposal Form provide and accompanied by not more than 4 pages of product literature.
