Reference Number 0000374642 The project consists of providing all supplies for and constructing improvements to the raw sewage pumping, primary clarification, and mechanical screening systems at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders must be submitted with each Bid. The Project will be financed with funds provided by Michigan's Clean Water State Revolving Fund which is administered by the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE). The Contract Documents reflect requirements by that agency. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 90 days after the actual date of opening thereof. This time period may be extended by mutual agreement of the Owner and any Bidder or Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any and all Bids. Question Deadline 02/24/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer in writing.
