The County of Monroe ("County") site locations and grounds specified in this Request for Proposal ("RFP") shall be mowed and trimmed once per week to maintain a neat, clean, crisp, and uniform appearance. The selected contractor ("Contractor") shall adhere to the mowing schedule outlined for each site and sites shall not be mowed and/or trimmed more frequently unless the Contractor receives prior approval from the County. This work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, transport, supervision, and all other items or activities necessary to maintain the sites and meet the requirements of this RFP. The County of Monroe is accepting proposals to perform lawn mowing services at ten (10) County Parks and Facilities. The services are scheduled to begin on or about April 7, 2025, depending on site conditions. The initial term of the contract to perform the services will be for two (2) years, commencing April 2025 and ending November 2026, and may be renewed upon mutual agreement.
