Demolition, site work, new construction and addition to a mixed-use development in Monroe, Michigan. Completed plans call for the addition of a one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; for the demolition of a pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and municipal facility.
Addendum 3 has been issued. The project consists of the construction of a pre-engineered metal storage building with office and fabrication spaces, and the demolition of an existing single-story masonry building. The adjacent site will be graded and paved / graveled to match the existing surrounding site conditions. Project is subject to PREVAILING WAGE All subcontracts valued at one million dollars or more require a performance bond to Brivar Construction, please include the cost in your proposal.
