The Brooke Hancock Jefferson Metropolitan Planning Commission (BHJ), Jefferson County, Ohio, is currently accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional engineering firms to complete an updated County-Wide Facilities Plan for Brooke and Hancock County, West Virginia. As of publication, no funding has been committed to the project. The project includes but is not limited to inventory of the current system, analysis of PSC annual reports, future impacts with or without projects, proposed projects, environmental impacts, and GIS mapping. Procurement of said services shall be in accordance with Chapter 5G-1-3 of the West Virginia Code and any other applicable laws and regulations of state or federal agencies. Contracts are to be awarded on a Fixed Fee Basis. The selected engineer shall be retained throughout all stages of the project. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
