The chemicals secured by this bid are vital to everyday operations at the BCWSA's treatment plants and pump stations. As such, the contract will be awarded to multiple vendors based on the lowest line-item cost. The contract is for a one-year period with the option to extend for an additional one-year period. Question Deadline 12/27/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Online Portal The Authority requires that each bidder furnish results of bench tests to determine which polymer products appear to perform satisfactorily and results of a two (2) day minimum field test on the Authority's sludge and centrifuge equipment to determine the performance of the product under field tests conditions. Bids will not be accepted from bidders whose products have not been bench tested and field tested at the Authority's wastewater treatment plant. The performance trial is not required if bidder is currently supplying Authority's polymer and intends to supply same polymer for new contract period. Dec 27th 2024, 5:00 PM EST
