The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Certificate of Insurance and Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds both in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price and in accordance with other requirements outlined in the Bid Documents. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Construction of a new middle school consisting of a single-story building including Classrooms, Kitchen/Cafeteria, Gymnasium, Administrative Area and Auxiliary Spaces. The new construction is approximately 80,000 square feet. Work to commence on or about April 1, 2025, and be substantially complete on or before July 31, 2026. Final Acceptance of the Project shall be on or before October 23, 2026.
