Description: The City of Wilson (hereinafter called the "City") invites qualified Service Providers to provide submittals for consulting services to evaluate the condition of City facilities and provide a written facility condition assessment report per the RFP attached and information herein. Question Deadline 01/08/2025 at 5:00 PM ET After the proposal issue date, all communications between the City and prospective Firms regarding this RFP shall be in writing. Any inquiries, requests for interpretation, technical questions, clarification, or additional information shall be directed to Ricky Wilson by emailing rvwilson@wilsonnc.org. Questions and responses affecting the scope of the services will be provided to Firms by issuance of an Addendum which will be posted electronically. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
