City of Chester Economic Development Authority (CEDA) has prepared a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Engineering Consultant Services in connection with the Community Development Block Grant Program and other Federal and State Programs. The Contract will cover the period from February 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with the option to negotiate a new contract as to fee or amended Scope of Work for an additional two (2) annual periods. Contracts may be funded in whole or in part with Federal or Commonwealth of Pennsylvania funds. Copies of the RFP may be obtained by contacting CEDA at (610) 447-7854, by e-mail at jar@ceda.cc, or in person at 1 Fourth Street, Chester, PA 19016. Any contract awarded will be made to the proposer who, based on evaluations of all responses, applying all criteria, and oral interview (if necessary), is determined to be the best qualified. CEDA encourages participation by small and minority and female-owned firms. CEDA is an equal opportunity employer.
