Electrical The City of Newbern requires a copy of your Affidavit and Certified Application, for The Tennessee Drug Free Workplace Program to be placed in a separate envelope and attached to the outside of the envelope containing your bid. The Bid envelope will not be opened unless the separate envelope contains your completed and signed affidavit, and certified application, (NO EXCEPTIONS ALLOWED). Work must be completed within 10 0 days of notice to proceed. The City of Newbern reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding whenever such rejection or waiver is in the interest of the Owner.
