Newbern library connected community facility demolition package Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the information for bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All bidders must be licensed general contractors as required by the contractor's licensing act of 1994 of the general assembly of the state of tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Documents notes : the information for bidders, form of bid, form of contract, plans, specifications, and forms of bid bond, performance and payment bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following: - tam associates, inc., 117 east lafayette st., jackson, tn 38301; 731-988-9840 Bidder must agree to commence work on or before a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" of the Owner and to fully complete the project within 30 consecutive calendar days thereafter. Bidder must agree also to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $250 for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as hereinafter provided in the Supplemental General Conditions.
