This project consists of the construction of site access elements and site amenities at Oyster Bay Regional Shoreline. adm ay em This De Q A Site design elements will include a formal park entrance at the existing entry at Neptune Drive, a parking lot staging area and re-aligning an existing section of the San Francisco Bay Trail to provide a separate connection to the City of San Leandro's Class III bike route at Neptune Dr. Specific site amenities are to include accessible parking spaces, two van accessible and four standard accessible parking spaces, two ADA compliant restrooms with flushing toilets and the utilities needed for their construction, ADA compliant paths of travel as required, picnic areas with tables and or benches, water bottle filling stations and bike racks based on the preliminary design plans provided by the District. The East Bay Regional Park District (Park District) is soliciting proposals from engineering firms to provide professional services to develop site improvements at Oyster Bay Regional Shoreline, which is a former landfill site. The Scope of Services includes identifying a feasible route to connect proposed infrastructure to a municipal sewer system, regulatory permitting, code compliance, cost estimating, meetings and presentations, construction bid documents, construction bid support, and construction administration support.
