Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sultan, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Sultan School District is requesting proposals from contractors interested in a lighting retrofit project for the Sultan School District. This project primarily consists of removing old fixtures and bulbs and installing all LED fixtures and bulbs with Luminaire Level Lighting Controls. Scope Overview. This project's purpose is to install new LED luminaires with advanced lighting controls and to commission them in 2 schools in Sultan School District. The lighting upgrades include replacement of approximately 1100 fixtures. This scope involves labor, materials, and installation of lighting upgrades throughout the various buildings listed in the bid worksheet below. Construction activities shall include, but not be limited to: a) All labor associated with the lighting upgrades listed in the Bid Worksheet below. b) All new and replacement materials for installation of new/upgraded lighting efforts. c) Contractors shall supply all required miscellaneous and incidental equipment, including wire, nuts, bolts, connectors, power transformers (if required). d) Price lighting units to find the most cost-effective energy efficient light source that provides required lighting per the replacement schedule below.
