Questions regarding the General Bid must be received by 11:00 a.m. local time on January 6, 2025 to be answered 175,000 gal water storage tank (temp metal then permanent concrete); high lift pump station//3 high lift pumps; new elec equip, elec service upgrade & generator; new HVAC; expand stormwater collection . Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. General Bidders must be DCAMM certified for pumping stations. Sub-Bidders must be DCAMM certified for their respective class of Work. Anyone receiving project information must be registered for public records purposes. Documents redistributed by a third party are not considered official Bidding Documents. All official Bidding Documents will be available once registered . Addendum #1-#6 have been issued as of 1-10-2025. Revised soils report has been issued as of 12-16-2024. SCADA Spec, masonry spec, bid form revision, elec gen spec additions have been issued as of 12-20-2024.
