Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lenoir, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,600-square-foot fitness / recreation center.
Scope consists of renovation work of approximately 4,600 sf. This includes demolition, epoxy flooring, metal stud framing & drywall, acoustic ceilings, painting, lockers, cabinets, countertops, therapy pool, division 10 specialties, doors & hardware, concrete, masonry, misc. steel, glass & glazing, tile, signage, window treatments, and modifications to FPME Systems.
