The Town of Rhodhiss is requesting bid proposals for one (1) CDBG Scattered Site Housing Rehabilitation job which is located at 104 Lake Drive, Rhodhiss, NC. You may need to be a licensed contractor to bid on this job if you think your bid will exceed $40,000. The jobs consist of a new roof, site improvements, gutters, vinyl siding and trim, doors, insulation, HVAC upgrade, electrical work, plumbing work, floor covering installation, interior painting, as well as other carpentry work. You will have to use licensed sub-contractors and be responsible for their work. The house has also tested positive for Lead-based paint and these items will need to be address by a certified lead based paint abatement contractor.
