Bidders eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tenders have been previously selected through the process of a Request for Prequalifications, issued under Contract C14-03-24 which closed on July 25, 2024. Bridge 404 is located on Harrison Road, 910 metres south of Kirk Road, Hamilton, On, over the Welland River. A brief summary of the Work involved in this Contract consists of the following: - Completely remove the arch structure at the existing bridge site, including the top of existing footings. - Construct new footings, arch, concrete headwall and wingwalls. - 461 square metres of road reconstruction - 126 linear metres of steel beam guide rail replacement - 3 steel beam energy attenuating terminal - 42 linear metres of curb reconstruction - Pavement markings Documents can be obtained at: https://hamilton.bidsandtenders.ca
