Renovation of a water / sewer project in Redding, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Sewage Lift Pumps Replacement in Shasta County Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, supplies, permits, parts, equipment, travel, disposal fees, and incidentals necessary to disconnect, remove, and legally dispose of two (2) existing sewage ejector pumps and replace with two (2) Contractor supplied sewage ejector pumps and piping to Caltrans. Questions regarding this IFB must be submitted by 03/14/25. Bidders must submit their questions via e-mail to shawn.fitzpatrick@dot.ca.gov. A. Contractor shall employ personnel certified to work in confined pit spaces. A Confined Space Entry Permit shall be provided before commencing work at the job site. Proper procedures, tools, and safety equipment, as mandated by law and current regulations, shall be used to perform work under this Agreement. The total bid proposal for this Agreement must not exceed $461,000.00. A bid amount more than $461,000.00 will be deemed non-responsive and will be rejected. B. Contractor shall "pump down" the pump pit, removing all debris, and legally dispose of material. C. Contractor shall disconnect electrical and associated sewage piping, remove, and legally dispose of two (2) existing Pentair Myers WHR 10-03, 1hp, 208V/3hp sewage ejector pumps
