Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, permits, fees, travel, and incidentals necessary to remove existing intrusion alarm panel and install and test a new Contractor supplied non-proprietary intrusion panel. Contractor shall provide alarm monitoring service for both intrusion alarm systems and fire alarm systems 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week, and provide maintenance, testing, repairs, and inspections as needed.
