The Pollard Tank is located 2850 Pollard Road and the Sugar Creek Tank is located 5618 Sugar Creek Pike, Jessamine County. Time allowed for the completion of the project is 180 consecutive calendar days. The Bidder Must Supply the Telephone and E-mail Address Along With Street Address of the Individual or Firm to Whom Addenda (if Any) Can Be Directed. A Bid Security in the Form of a Certified Check, Bank Check, or Bid Bond for a Sum Not Less Than Five (5%) Percent of the Amount of the Bid Will Be Required With the Bid. The Owner Reserves the Right to Accept Any Bid, to Reject Any Bid and to Waive Any Irregularities in the Bids. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid Within Ninety (90) Consecutive Calendar Days After the Actual Date of the Bid Opening.
