The Board of Commissioners of Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County will receive electronic proposals from bidders currently prequalified by the District for the following work: Request for Proposal No. 24-1487-KP PWC - 2025 Pole Assessment and Remedial Treatment Each bid must be accompanied by proof of bid security which guarantees the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the total amount bid, excluding tax. Contractors must be prequalified prior to bidding on this prequalified electrical work for E-1; Pole Treatment, Reinforcement and Repair (Groundline Preservation). This project will provide all labor, equipment, material and analysis software for services of pole assessment and treatment for approximately 25,850 in-service poles and structures that support the District's overhead facilities. The location of the work is within the boundaries of the District's service area, which includes all of Snohomish County and the Camano Island portion of Island County in Washington.
