Scope of Work This Request for Qualifications is for the purpose of selecting an Architect for Design and Construction Services for the Baker Hall Replacement and Demolition located at 2000 Tower Street Everett, WA 98201. This scope of work includes Basic Services from Schematic Design through and including Closeout. Project delivery is GCCM. This project addresses construction of a new instructional facility to replace the existing Baker Hall on Everett Community College's main campus west of North Broadway. The new Baker Hall building will house programs associated with EvCC's Cosmetology, Computer Information Systems program, and Theatre Department. Work includes construction of classrooms and labs, faculty and department offices, a Black Box-style theater with back-of-house support facilities, a cosmetology classroom that replicates a commercial salon, informal spaces shared by all programs and building service functions. The building will be constructed on EvCC's East Campus, east of North Broadway, directly adjacent to the Cascade Learning Resource Center.
