Site work for a water / sewer project in Westmoreland, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
PLEASE NOTE: The estimated value listed for this project is for searchability purposes only and does not reflect the actual construction budget as determined by the owner. It should not be used for estimation purposes at this time. The scope of work consists of the installation of approximately 25,200 linear feet of PVC and ductile iron water lines with valves, hydrants, service assembly reconnections and all appurtenances thereto. Failure to pay the plan deposit and obtaining Contract Documents from locations other than Hethcoat & Davis, Inc. will result in Bidder not being considered and Bid will not be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Question Deadline 12/10/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: Contact: Bryant Griffin at Bryant.griffin@hdengr.com with written questions 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
