The scope of work consists of the following: the construction of approximately 3,325 LF of 12- inch water line along Hwy 31E from the intersection of Mount Vernon Road heading north to connect to Westmoreland's existing ductile iron water line on Old Hwy 31E PLEASE NOTE: The estimated value listed for this project is for searchability purposes only and does not reflect the actual construction budget as determined by the owner. It should not be used for estimation purposes at this time. The scope of work consists of the installation of approximately 3,325 linear feet of 12-inch diameter ductile iron transmission line and all appurtenances thereto. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. This project is being supported with American Rescue Plan Act funds, Coronavirus State, and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements are attached to this opportunity.
