Reference Number 0000283081 Question Deadline 12/18/2024 at 3:00 PM ET The GTAA requires a Contractor to provide inspection services for elevating devices, escalators and moving walkways at Toronto Pearson International Airport (the "Airport") as detailed in the inventory listed in Appendix A attached to this Scope of Work (the "Work"). The inventory is (owned and maintained by the GTAA) located in the following buildings: Terminal 3 & Pier A, and T3 Parking Garage Automated People Mover (APM) stations (3 in total) Police and Transport Canada Buildings Terminal 1 and Parking Garage GTAA Administration Building Airfield Maintenance Facility (AMF) Cargo Buildings De-icing Building FESTI South Fire Hall Infield Terminal (IFT) Value Park Garage Viscount Road Parking Garage The Contractor shall perform the Work on a scheduled, non-scheduled, and/or as-requested basis as determined by the GTAA. Contractors are reminded that the schedules, times, locations and scope of work are subject to change by the GTAA at any time during the term of the Contract. Contractors shall inspect selected critical units (as identified in Appendix 'A') after normal working hours. The Contractor shall perform the Work as described in this Scope of Work, in a competent, diligent, efficient, and professional manner, in accordance with industry best practices. All services shall be scheduled to ensure minimal interruption to the operation of the Airport. The Contractor is committed to delivering quality services and is familiar with working around the high volume of activity found at transportation facilities. The Contractor shall communicate with the GTAA Representative(s) which will include but is not limited to the People Moving Device Manager and/or representative.
