Saving Project...

Site work and asbestos abatement for an educational facility in Souderton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.

The multi-phase abatement activities will consist of removal of asbestos containing floor tile and associated mastic via grinding, sink removal, chalk board removal, exterior doors, windows and decorative window panels. This abatement project is valued at over $200,000.00. Prevailing wage rates, or higher, are mandatory for this project. Mountain Environmental will be responsible for submitting abatement notification, project oversite, daily air monitoring via PCM, visual and TEM clearances. The Souderton Area School District has the right to accept or refuse any and all bids or portions of bids submitted for this project. All sealed proposals shall be submitted to the "Owner", Frank Ball, Operations Director, one (1) original and two(2) copies in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside with the name of the Bidder and Sealed Bid for "Souderton ASD Indian Crest Middle School's Abatement Project". Proposal shall be mailed via USPS, shipped via Fed Ex or UPS, or delivered to the "Owner" and received not later than the date & time as stated above. Oral, telephonic(facsimile, e-mail, or telex),or telegraphic bids are invalid and will not receive consideration.
