Coleman's Crossing & Industrial Parkway Roundabout Question Deadline 01/13/2025 at 12:00 PM ET No oral interpretations of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other pre-bid documents will be made to any Bidder. Every request for such interpretation should be addressed via the Question and Answer Section on Bid Express, and to be given consideration, must be received at least seven (7) calendar days prior the date fixed for opening of bids. Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instruction shall be in the form of written addenda The project consists of installing a roundabout at the intersection of Coleman's Crossing and Industrial Parkway in the City of Marysville. Also included is drainage, lighting, and signage & pavement marking modifications. Bidders shall provide proof of qualifications, to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders, and complete the Best Bidder Information Form provided. Bidders shall comply with all statutory requirements in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All Bids must include payment of wages at prevailing wage rates pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC), Section 4115-15 and shall comply with the provisions, duties and obligations of ORC Section 4115. Further information provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a bond for an amount of 100% of the Bid if in the form of a Bid Guaranty or in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid if in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit, for and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders and pursuant with ORC Section 153.54, 153.57 and 153.571. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety or via the electronic bid bond options available online.
