Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Marysville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
Bidders should include the following work in their bid: sourcing pre-engineered building materials, handling of all required building permits, completion of any grading work to be required per the plans and finally, the construction of the building with all fixtures included per provided engineering plan. Selected contactor will be expected to prep the site to ensure an appropriate grade. Upon request, the City can provide suitable fill materials to establish the requested elevations. Building #1 4-Sided Pre-Engineered Metal Building (80x120) with a series of garage doors allowing multiple access points. This will be a heated building with electric throughout. The floor finish will be concrete. The location of this building is at our current City of Marysville Wastewater Collections Department. (620 N Main St.) Building #2 3-Sided Pre-Engineered Metal Building (60x120) serving as cold storage with open access points on one side, and a gravel floor. This building will include electric for lighting and several outlets. This building will be located at the current Maintenance Operation Center for the City of Marysville. (455 N Maple St.) Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a bond for an amount of 100% of the Bid if in the form of a Bid Guaranty or in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid if in the form of a certified check, cashiers check, or irrevocable letter of credit, for and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders and pursuant with ORC Section 153.54, 153.57 and 153.571.
