The work shall include all incidentals including but not limited to mobilization, demobilization, de-watering, shoring, special bedding, special backfill, pavement restoration, site restoration, traffic control, permitting, workplace safety, notifications, root removal, legal disposal of material, erosion and sediment control, unforeseen conflicts, and repair of any and all leaks resulting from the contractor's performance of this work. All materials shall be provided by the contractor. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid.
