The City of Tucson (the "City") is pleased to present this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") to those entities or groups (each a "Submitter" and collectively, the "Submitters") interested in submitting Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") for the design and construction of Harrison Road, Pantano Wash Bridge PDB (the "Project") pursuant to a Progressive Design-Build Agreement ("Contract" or "PDBA"). The Submitter selected through the RFQ process, in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned in this RFQ, to enter into a PDBA with the City is hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor" or "PDB Contractor." Question Submission Deadline: October 28, 2025, 4:00pm
