Site work for a civil project in Malibu, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work/Tasks Vendor to provide labor, equipment, and supplies to repair and/or replace the following at Zuma Maintenance Yard (30100 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA 90265) Replace two (2) high head pumps (PF500712-20) within 5,000 gallon recirculation tank of Advantex AX-100 Textile Treatment System Replace four (4) floats within 5,000 gallon recirculation tank of Advantex AX-100 Textile Treatment System Repair wiring within 5,000 gallon recirculation tank of Advantex AX-100 Textile Treatment System Replace PVC Check valve relief and piping Use hose attached to vacuum truck to pump out approximately 5,000 gallons of septic waste (liquid and solid) from the recirculation tank within septic system located at Zuma Maintenance Yard Use hydro-jet, as needed, to break up solid waste for disposal Transport containerized, waste to approved treatment, storage, and disposal facility (TSDF) Provide Department with copy of non-hazardous or hazardous waste manifest (whichever is applicable) Work can only take place Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm, so as to minimize interruption to the public. All work shall be coordinated with DBH contract administrator before the project begins.
