Scope of Work/Tasks Zuma Restroom 7- 30180 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA 90265 Primary Tank o Replace four (4) floats (Model MF4P) within 15,000 gallon primary tank of Advantex Treatment System o Replace wiring and make watertight connections within 15,000 gallon primary tank of Advantex Treatment System o Replace PVC Check valve relief and piping o Use hose attached to vacuum truck to pump out approximately 15,000 gallons of septic waste (liquid and solid) from the primary tank and 14,500 gallons of waste from within the recirculation tank of the system, and 5,000 gallons of waste from the dosing tank. o Use hydro-jet to break up solid waste for disposal and to discharge lines, as needed. o Transport containerized, waste to approved treatment, storage, and disposal facility (TSDF) o Provide Department with copy of non-hazardous or hazardous waste manifest (whichever is applicable) o Work can only take place Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm, so as to minimize interruption to the public. o All work shall be coordinated with DBH contract administrator before the project begins. Recirculation Tank o Replace four (4) floats (Model MF3P) within recirculation tank of Advantex AX-MAX175-28 Single Stage System o Replace wiring and make watertight connections within 14,500 gallon recirculation tank of Advantex AX-MAX175-28 Single Stage System o Replace PVC Check valve relief and piping Dosing Tank o Replace two (2) high head pumps (PF500512-20) within 5,000 gallon dosing tank of Advantex Treatment System o Replace four (4) floats (Model MF4P) within 5,000 gallon dosing tank of Advantex Treatment System o Replace wiring and make watertight connections within 5,000 gallon primary tank of Advantex Treatment System o Replace PVC Check valve relief and piping Miscellaneous o Replace fan and filter within tank of Advantex Treatment System o Replace chemical pump within tank of Advantex Treatment System o Replace blender within tank of Advantex Treatment System o Replace two UV lights and housings within tank of Advantex Treatment System o Remove, clean, and reinstall filters and screens o Clean pods and filters o Reprogram and calibrate computer Ozone Controller System o Remove previous ozone system and install new ozone controller and system o Rewire new system and test its operation Flow Meter o Remove old flow meter and install new flow meter o Install new pipes for meter o Check wiring and make watertight connections Deliverables None Vendor Qualification All vendors/contractors shall maintain their current license(s) and certification required.
