Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Malibu, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Topanga Beach - 18720 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA 90265 Wiring Remove and replace burned telemetry cables and conduit lines running from Lifeguard building to the septic control panel that were burned during the Palisades fire Excavate for removal of old conduit and new conduit installation Remove and haul away old, damaged conduit and wiring Install two new electrical conduits 36 inches deep and 275 feet long in each direction for a total of 550 feet. Saw cut road where necessary and haul away debris Install road plates to allow access during construction Install new wiring from underground junction box to Orenco septic control panel for main power and float controls Install six (6) #6 wire totaling 1,650 feet Install four (4) #10 wire totaling 1,100 feet Install control wire for flow meter - 275 feet Backfill with native soil and compact Repave asphalt road and parking lot For assistance responding online, please contact the County ISD Procurement Help Desk at: EDL-ePROC_FUNC@isd.lacounty.gov
