Reference Number 0000369803 The project consists of a single prime contract (General Contractor) to perform the work. The scope of work for this 2-story residence includes: exterior and interior improvements, site work, garage renovation, selective demolition, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Exterior improvements include: roofing, gutters, downspouts, window replacement, door replacement, exterior painting, new wood framed porch, roof, railings and stairs, new driveway and garage renovation. Interior improvements include: Fiberglass Insulation, kitchen renovation, two-bathroom renovations, new laundry room (2nd floor), master bedroom with Walk-in Closet, two bedrooms including new closets. Interior finishes include: cabinets, countertops casework, LVT flooring, refinish stairs/railing/paneling, baseboard trim, window and door trim, wooded cased openings, wall and ceiling drywall and finish painting.
