The Dansville Central School District ("DCSD"), herein referred to as "Owner," invites bids on the Bid Form attached hereto, all blanks of which must be appropriately filled in. Bids will be received at the time and place described in Section 001113 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS, and then at said time and place publicly opened and read aloud. The envelopes containing the bids must be sealed, addressed to attention: Kelly Zimmerman, District Superintendent, 337 Main Street, Dansville, NY 14437. for the Dansville Central School District - 2022 Capital Improvement Project - Phase 2, herein referred to as "Project." At that time, said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the High School, location to be determined. Bidders are encouraged to attend and will be admitted to the building at the High School Main Office. Questions during the bidding period must be communicated as described in Section 002200 - INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. Bid for: Dansville Central School District - 2022 Capital Improvement Project - Phase 2, includes work at the following buildings: SED Project Control Numbers: Dansville Senior High School (HS) 24-10-01-06-0-003-020 Ellis B. Hyde Elementary School (EL) 24-10-01-06-0-001-018 Prime Contracts associated with this project are as follows: o Prime Contract No. 201 - General Construction (GC) o Prime Contract No. 202 - Roofing Construction (ROOF) o Prime Contract No. 203 - Electrical Construction (EC) Electronic and Printed Procurement and Contracting Documents: Obtaining documents from Dataflow is the only way to become a registered plan holder. Once registered, only complete sets of documents will be issued. Only registered plan holders will receive copies of Addenda issued during bidding. Once registered as a plan holder, Dataflow will provide access to the plan room where bid documents can be viewed. Cost of Documents: One full set of printed drawings and specifications will be provided to registered plan holders upon registration. Only full size, complete sets of drawings and specifications will be released to bidders. 2. Deposit: Bid Documents will require a bid deposit of One-Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each set of documents requested. Checks shall be made payable to Wayne County Board of Supervisors. Any Contract Document holder, upon returning the Contract Documents in good condition within thirty (30) days of the award of contract, or rejection of proposals, will be refunded the full amount of deposit. 3. Shipping: Additional shipping charges may apply for any delivery requests. 4. Additional copies of bid documents are available to registered plan holders on a non-refundable, cash and carry basis through Dataflow, Inc.. Bidders are responsible for payment of additional copies requested. 5. Electronic bid documents in .PDF format are available for purchase to registered plan holders on a non-refundable, cash and carry basis through Dataflow, Inc. Upon payment, Dataflow will email planholder a link to their FTP hosting site for downloading the files. The Owner is required to comply with New York State's public bidding and other laws pertaining to public works, to advertise for any and all public work contracts, and to incorporate New York prevailing wage schedules, as applicable, into any contracts which may involve the employment of laborers, workmen or mechanics, whether or not publicly bid.
