The addition to the existing building totals approximately 5,385 Square feet. The estimated value of the project is $5,200,000. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 539 Calendar Days Submissions will be rated on the following criteria: Firm's qualifications and experience, Personnel qualifications and experience, Previous experience with work specific to project scope, Approach and capability, MWBE utilization and References.
