Project Description: The project includes the following work: Improvement of the WHIDBEY ISLAND FAIRGROUNS AND EVENTS CENTER CAMPGROUNDS in LANGLEY, WASHINGTON. The project consists of replacement of portions of the fairgrounds water and electrical systems. Construction Schedule: January 2025, Substantial Completion March 15 2025.
