As of July 28, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The project is anticipated to be awarded soon after the bid date and construction is anticipated to take approximately 18 months. This project includes site clearing and grading, building and natatorium construction, and LOSS and water systems on south Whidbey Island. Anticipated construction cost: $19,000,000 to $20,000,000 + WSST Bidders shall submit questions no later than 5:00 pm local time on June 27, 2025.
