As of February 6, 2025 project was awarded to Krieg Construction Inc., awarded amount is $243,866.15. The work includes clearing, grubbing, excavation, removal of existing asbestos culverts, protection of existing utilities, structural excavation, installation of 24 Inch diameter HDPE pipe outfall including the anchor block, and 24 inch diffuser tee. This work also includes placement of structural backfill, compaction of the roadbed, pavement repair, traffic control, erosion control, watermain replacement and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications 2025 edition. Pre Bid Info: There is no pre-bid conference or site tour scheduled. The site is open to the public. The project is estimated to cost in the range of $221,000 to $254,000. Please note the required time of completion in Section 1-08.5 of the Special Provisions. A 5% bid security is required. Site Directions: Take SR 20 South Bound, SR 20 will turn to SR 525., turn left to Maxwelton Road, turn left to Langley Road, turn right to Edgecliff Drive.
