Through this Request for Proposals ("RFP"), the City of Merritt (the "City") invites Proposals from civil contracting firms, to perform construction services for the City's proposed 'West Merritt Active Transportation Path Phase 2' (the 'Project'), that focuses on the installation of appurtenances along the newly-constructed active transportation pathway. The Project is in the West Merritt neighborhood and will generally include solar pathway lighting, benches, garbage and recycling, a public restroom facility, and an outdoor fitness area.
