Renovation of an educational facility in Merritt, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of the provision and installation of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment, ductwork, controls and accessories, and renovation or removal of existing systems and equipment. Geothermal and underground piping outside of the buildings are not included under the scope of this project. Coordination with the geothermal contractor at scope interface is required under this project. The project consists of the provision of services, labour and materials for the installation of new electrical service, including cutting and patching and removal of existing systems associated with the upgrade.
