Project no. 23-0496, 23106 This contract includes the abandonment in-place of two (2) 10,000 gallon diesel and one (1) 2,500 gallon double wall (dw) USTs and DW underground product piping systems and installation of two (2) DW 20,000 gallon manifold diesel and one (1) 10,000 gallon gasoline ASTs with new aboveground single wall stainless steel product piping, and new underground DW ameron fiberglass product piping system at the votran east facility. Question Submission Deadline:January 23, 2025, 11:59pm Questions and exceptions concerning any Section of this ITB shall be directed through the question and answer functionality of the Countys eProcurement Portal. A Bid bond shall accompany each Bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid amount and shall be valid for a period not less than one hundred twenty (120) days. Florida State Statute 255.05 permits the County to waive the requirement for payment and performance bond, if required, in any Contract which is awarded for $200,000.00 or less.
